Multi-purpose Sports Hall Court Marking — St Margaret Secondary School
Court line marking work in the multi-purpose sports hall at St Margaret Secondary School. The brief was to refresh the existing multi-game layout on the timber sports floor, with multi-coloured lines covering basketball, badminton, volleyball and netball. The work involved cleaning the floor, taping out each game in turn, applying line paint in two thin coats by hand-roller, and sealing the new markings under the floor finish. Old worn lines were overpainted in the same colour where the underlying layout was still correct, and any lines that had been added incorrectly over the years were corrected against the agreed primary game layout.
